The Train Kept A Rollin
GPCC News Item The GPCC train kept a rollin’ on Saturday, June 9th in the Chippewa Triathlon. It was 9AM on Wednesday, June 6th and a collective sigh of relief comes over the Wenzel and Laliberte households.

The Power It Takes … and Intellect
GPCC News Item I can clearly remember 3 years ago when I started road racing being at the first stage of the Tour of 10,000… a circuit race… and hearing Cakes say on each lap “Good job Rick, way to ride… you gotta move up”… with each lap the emphasis on “you gotta move up” got much stronger…

GPCC News Item On a short little break today I stumbled upon this literary gem in some “reading material”. It was from ROAD The Journal of Road Cycling and Culture and was written by Scott Saifer as the opening to an article on Training. To be a bit more pointed, the entire article dealt with the psychological side of bike racing.
